Which is the best OS?

Cliché synthesis: There is no best operating system. It’s all a matter of preference.

Windows is the most popular, largely due to the accessibility of the machines. One of the disadvantages is that Windows machines are huge targets for viruses and are more prone to piracy, but this can be avoided with a good antivirus and anti-malware. Windows is an ideal choice if you do video editing, gaming, etc.

Mac OSX is another popular operating system, but it’s often avoided mainly because of its high cost. Mac OSX is widely used by programmers, designers, architects, etc. The synchronization of Hardware and Software is 100% efficient, and the OS is minimalist and very beautiful.

Finally, Linux is one of the least popular (for end users), but it’s the most popular for servers. Developed by the Finnish programmer called Linus Torvalds, Linux is an open-source operating system, with many distributions, constantly evolving.

There are many other operating systems, but I just described the three main ones. Ultimately, the best in this case comes down to user preference.
